QOL and Bug Fixes

Event Buttons overhauled
Made double clicking keycard equip
Fixed medkits used during events not being consumed
Added radiation delay of 15 seconds to help with radiation
Reduced radiation on Red Forest
Added scav contractor's collected screen
Refactored Events to be more easily adjustable
Made hack terminal minigame look cooler lol
Slightly reduce the base speed of the sniping minigame.
Buffed damage on some encounters so green armor isn't OP
Fixed keycard rooms
Increased keycard POI chance
Buffed keycard room loot
Trap disarm successful rewards junk now
Buffed Radiation on Labs for balance, want to eventually remove radiation but not sure how yet.
One new event with a gas mask reward, utilizes Signal Tuner minigame
