Wiped progress! New Features and Balancing

Needed to wipe for testing purposes on the new rates.
Adjusted XP rates drastically.
Fixed attachments not drag n droppin on to guns
Upgraded level up sounds and animations
Rebalanced gear/events in terms of damage and success rates. You now should need better gear and can't expect things to be safe as much anymore.
Added custom failure messages for every event and every option.
Added event names to the live feed for better log reports
Made death screen have a continue button so you can see why you died
Removed character finding loot passively during raids, things are gonna get slightly tougher around here!
